What is the construction across W Peachtree Street from Arts Center Station, just immediately north of the new AMLI / Arts Center building?

They're renovating the existing 3-story building into office space that will be the headquarters for Interface.

Heavy equipment is on site at 915 Glenwood. Last week power crews were removing power lines from the U.S. Electric building, so this one may be about to get started.

We aren't quite getting rid of the gas station. It will be a part of the new development.

The Standard seems to be moving along quite quickly. It appears they are starting work laying the 15th or 16th floor depending on how you count it.

CODA seems to be progressing well, too, now that the mega-excavation is complete.

Nice! Your team hiring??

I’m glad NCR finally moved in. More jobs to midtown and hopefully more patronage to the surrounding businesses.

Any news on the SLS project? There was a lot of buzz about it for a while but it seems to have evaporated.

Nothing at all really. To be honest, I'm not surprised that this has not moved forward yet considering how long it took them to get Yoo on The Park built which was originally proposed several years ago. Plus from what I understand, a hotel/residential mixed use project can be pretty complicated to pull off.

So I'm wondering when Selig and co is going to file for their land development permits and building permits. I would hate to just see nothing on that lot for the next year.

And let's not talk about Opus. I'm still skeptical they're not just playing all of us. Figures that two of the tallest proposals are struggling to get anything done. That's the story of Atlanta over the past decade.
