I'm fine with it to. It's just nice to have a building that's not all glass for a change.

Should look decent from that angle once the glass starts making it's way up the balcony.

The fact the tower is being built next to Karma, just accentuates its visual predicament.

It is however rising fast.

It's as if they didn't even try to make that one look good.

Actually the way the balcony cladding is designed, this is probably one of the better buildings on the list when complete.

Yea....once the balcony cladding gets it's way up the tower....it should look fairly good. The white spandrel bits are unfortunate but it doesn't compromise the design.

Nothing is working. The black glazing is too much. The balcony design is not enough. It's needed to be stronger; black and less transparent. The spandrel panels behind the balcony design needed to blend in with the glass too. They couldn't have chosen a worst colour with light grey. The concept isn't bad. The execution is just awful. Bad news if this is one of the better buildings in the list.

100% agree. It should look much more interesting and work well as more balcony glass goes up.

Thanks for the update.

I have not ventured that far east to see that tower.

Ok this picture really helps sell how the tower will look. I was getting a little worried but this looks pretty sharp.

Re:E Condos

The balcony cladding only looks good from a parallel angle. (http://www.skyscraperpage.com/forum/...postcount=8743 pic #8)Otherwise, it looks pretty bad head on in these photos.

I haven't seen it in person.
