Nice, west side looks bottomed out and ready for a crane.

This is one of my fave office towers u/c in Canada right now along with MNP in Van, Brookfield Place, and 100 Adelaide in TO.

My buddy who was on the site said there was going to be 4 rows of anchors on the north wall, looks like they are working on the 3rd row now so I would expect this one to go a bit deeper yet.

The tower would be 75% elevator core on the lower floors. It's pretty much at its limit now.
