On the other hand, if the project doesn't start, buyer confidence will be lower. It's a chicken and egg thing.

I know it's not that simple. They need sales to get financing, but considering how many condo buildings are cancelled, I can understand the hesitation from potential buyers.

This is now a rental project. Going to Committee of Adjustment on April 17 for permission to reduce the number of parking spots to 15 (it's now only one level of underground parking). There is a substantial increase in the number of units from 29 to 62 (good!). Building size and height have not changed but the materials have: white and grey cladding (bleh, not a fan).
Couldn't find a thread for is project on Skyrise, so I've posted here.
