There appears to be a large suburban style front-garage home to the right of it, so I wouldn't hold my breath for the Exchange.

Skyscrapers in the background and suburban SFH next door... must be North St. B.

Yeah, could also potentially be Crescentwood/Village area with Wellington or Roslyn towers in the background.

If you look at this photo on Instagram, it says there's a 35' height limit, it's infill, there's above-ground electricity still, and the project appears to be called Nine Oaks.

I like the look of the building, it has some Scandinavian flavour. For suburban infill that would be great.

Those skyscrapers do not look like anything in Winnipeg.

Are you guys blind? The address is clearly 303! It is right there on the front of the building.

I think it's a great project and solution to a very difficult compromised site.

Very clever and very sexy.

ehh, I'd say the appeal of those bricks and their charm would be limited to the nerdiest of us. I see the idea behind suggesting it's appeal, but to me it was a catastrophe before, regardless of it's generational representation.

Yes, now it's more anonymous but hell, that's a good thing. I appreciate character but not all character is awesome, as not every era must be homaged whenever given the chance.

I appreciate the subtle clean up job it has now.

And it doesn't interact with the street!!!

How has it taken so many posts for that to come up

More importantly, will it have a basement?

They’re claiming to be just 39.5 miles from Assiniboine Park!

They were close, looks like a decimal point error.

I’ve heard a rumour that Earls is moving into the wicker basket at the bottom of 360 Main.
