Finally got around to updating the front page but there may still be a few projects missing.

There are several updated renderings including Post Centennial, Alexan at Krog, The Haynes House. Most renderings are in clickable thumbnails for full size image.

Is there any actual work taking place? The last time I walked by there, it looked to me like work had stopped.

are those photos? they look like renders!

i wasnt really familiar with Rocca Villas.. too bad they couldnt build that on top of the giant parking lot by the pulblix and Ok Cafe.. or at least somewhere a little less tucked away. that Northside Pkwy/West Paces intersection could use a little work

I've updated the front page with most of the major projects in the city and tried to make it a little more concise which keeps getting more difficult. Despite everything that delivered this year, the list of projects has continued to grow and I know there are more projects that I haven't yet added. New updates are highlighted in red.

Ansley Green is definitely under construction.

Ansley at Piedmont needs to be added to the proposed list, but it looks like it might actually be under construction as well.

How about putting Moda Reynoldstown on the list? I think it's under construction, or at least for sale.

Done.

I think Inman Quarter is complete (or nearly). Here's a great photo by Ant131531

I can't find anything on it but the Daily World apartments were supposed to be completed this month also.

How about putting The Water Tower Stacks on the under construction list? It's 10 units around the corner from Krog Street Market.

Does anyone have more information on this project? http://atlanta.curbed.com/archives/2...ransformed.php

I didn't see anything on the front page about this. Appears that whatever it is should be classified as demo/site work...

811 Peachtree (Eviva) latest info. from city records

Latest activity shown on 811 Peachtree (Eviva) in City of Atlanta records was 3 days ago (communication from city to architect). So it's good to know it's still active!

https://aca.accela.com/Atlanta_ga/default.aspx

click 2nd tab "Building"

Record Number: BB-201406207
(or fill in street number, name info.)

Marked as Appl Notified-Revisions Reqd on 02/24/2015 by GJ
Comment: 2/24/15 Provide sealed survey from a Georgia Registered Land Surveyor. Plans are incomplete. Provide two complete sets of all construction plans. Provide site plans to scale. Provide elevation plans to scale. Approval of site plans & elevations must be conducted by the Office of Planning. (plans never assigned)

---

Using the same method as above, the Record Number for the GSU dorm project of the previous inquiry is: 14-0367

(This appears to be the source of the info. in the Curbed article.)

Great to see that there's still some movement on this one. It has REALLY lingered in the permitting process for such a long time. I wonder if there is some sort of particular issue with the project.

Post Millennium on the other hand appears to be sailing through permitting. That might be the next project to break ground.

I added the dorm project but I doubt they're doing anything but demo at this point given that no plans for the project have been filed other than impact fees.
