A render we haven't seen before of the street level. Nothing special but not bad.

Absolutely. It'll be great to have two more restaurants in that area of the city though

This rendering must have been placed around the time of Stampede.

Wow at the rate this is going, maybe it'll be open for Stampede 2016? That would be sweet.

According to their twitter feed that is exactly what they are aiming for, a late June 2016 opening date.

Highest res available of the tower itself. I don't believe we've seen it in this detail before. It actually doesn't look that bad. I think I'll like the west part more than the east, and I like how it looks like two different buildings just connected together.

Same here, I used to hate it, now I almost like it. I guess we'll see once the cladding starts going up in a few months

It's funny but when you think about it, it's better than almost all the hotels in the city lol. Overall I think it's a really good addition to EV.

Haha our hotel stock is probably the worst of all major North American cities at this point to be honest. This could change very quickly though with several brands proposed in the city right now. We only have two luxury downtown hotels, I guess maybe 3 if you count Hotel Arts as luxury. The Palliser is of course my favorite in the city, but this one will be a solid #2 for modern hotels, behind The Germaine. I've also heard the Alt Hotel in the EV is to be quite nice.
