LOL, yeah I think I'd want to "customize my living space" by knocking two units together, given how small the spaces look in the stock units.

Every time I look at floor plans I think that or taking out a bedroom of a 3 bed unit and/or just accept not having a dining area.

I saw the Cirque du Soleil trucks pulling out January 1. Holiday or not, they don’t waste any time!

Good use of a vacant lot, another good use for this empty site is a homeless camp

It'll be interesting to see how they setup access for the site. Maybe something off of Pacific with flaggers helping control cyclists/pedestrians?

I gotta remember to go a little more up the Seymour off ramp when looking at the Granville loops development to see this one too.
