Amazing shots! Those podiums are gargantuan. Speaking of which itlooks like curtain wall glass is being installed on the podium facing Cambie at least on the lower floors.

Yes it's proposed at 769' (234.39m) geodetic. Unfortunately the diagrams within the city PDFs that I can find are too pixelated to read the grade height. I assume the grade height was taken from those diagrams in the original rezoning documents.
Actual height can be confirmed when the development permit application is submitted.

A lot of those articles give incorrect heights. Many times it will be to the top inhabited floor and not include decorative crown / mechanical penthouse.

We will just have to wait and see, but I do remember seeing a document with 154 metres clearly displayed for total structural height.

That said, this project goes through so many revisions who knows until it is actually in progress.

145 metres for 52 floors would be a pretty tight squeeze…

From that development permit it seems it's like 234.300 to the roof slab and the core is like 241?

Great video as usual giallo

I didn't notice it in your pictures but was made obvious in your video that they have started installing soil for the roof top park, just west of Tower 6.

Great photo! Perfect composition with each big cherry tree having its corresponding tower.

End of February it seems like it's up 4-5 levels?

In that video, that’s what I call transfer slab.

Yeah the YouTube video from March shows it in better detail. It's not supposed to complete until 2027 so I guess they have time.

EDIT: Seems like it's intentional

Tower 12 isn’t being built this phase, just the podium.

From Oakridge twitter March 22:

South Atrium - The interior isn't as plain as other renderings suggest.
