Looks like they've installed a couple of the balcony glass railings. The frosted lower portion provides a nice contrast next to the dark palette.

Interior finishing is ongoing throughout the building, which includes work on the spa and other amenities. Additionally, progress continues to be made in the parkade, entrance ramp, outdoor water features and art installations.

This project is coming along really well. The end product is sure well thought out. Does anyone know when people are going to start closing on these units, and moving in?

The blue fencing seemed to be up far past the occupancy date, but I haven't been by there recently.
