Crews are putting up an Under Armour sign on the northeast side of the low-rise and it looks like Walter Seaholm Drive may open for traffic soon.

So if cranes can marry can they also "swing"? They kind of do already...

Cool. I cannot wait to explore that whole area once it's done. It's going to be like a playground.

Thanks for the kind words Syndic. Here are a couple of photos just for you!

It's amazing how fast Northshore has risen. At this rate it'll pass Seaholm Residences. It may even top out before they do since it has smaller floor plates higher up.

Northshore is now 1 floor shorter than Seaholm Residences. So in a few weeks I can see Northshore overtaking Seaholm.

Nice that you no longer have to cross the tracks if walking.

I like the industrial feel to it.

All the mechanical items are being painted or restored for exposure.

I really feel Walter Seaholm Drive was a real opportunity to provide a great link for that side of downtown with the Town Lake. You have all this talk of building a pedestrian path under the railroad tracks, but half a block east of there you have a road that easily could of been engineered to accomplish almost the exact same thing (with none of the costs or time issues).

However, as it stands now, Sealholm Drive doesn't look like a path that will be very friendly for pedestrians to use.

Yeah. It looks like a service drive behind a shopping center.

Well, to be fair, it is a pseudo service drive behind a shopping center.

Let's just call it a city street that functions as service drive.

Here's the lit stack from Under Armor party last night. One of the rare opportunities before residences are occupied when they can have a loud party in the plaza.
