Apparently there are a bunch of large office tenants looking for space right now, so I expect to see the next wave of office projects to take off soon, and most buildings on the market are above 200m. not sure if any of them could make a 2017 start though.

One that may surprise us is 265 Yonge, the rumoured cresford supertall. Cresford likes to move fast with its buildings, and they always sell like hotcakes. I could see that maybe squeaking in a late 2017 start.
A supertall at yonge-dundas, me likes! I also agree with WS that time is running out...if just the above towers were started, my appetite will be satiated till the next boom.

I don't agree that time is running out. We are are only at the cusp of building towers over the 300m mark. It just feels desperate because we haven't gotten one yet.

Arch Plans for 245 Queen East were posted January 18th. Tower heights are 200.7m, 188.5m, and 173.7m.

I love the height, and my guesstimates were very close too. Now to see if it gets shot down for being "too tall" for the neighbourhood...

I updated the list on Page 1. This time there are 223 towers. Several more have gone into Site Prep. including PJ Condos and Mississauga's Edge Towers.

True. But that's super recent. We have General Lee to thank for that tip. Pix please! Just a few days ago I didn't know Edge was starting up. Gilmore Place is a relatively recent proposal, and wont possibly be built before Edge, if ever...

Edge is not in prep. Neither is One Bloor last I saw . They both have had their sites cleared of buildings long ago and have stalled out since.

PJ is in excavation

Well, One Bloor was in site prep. As for Edge, I don't have a clue, I don't go to Mississauga and it might as well be Mars for all I know.

If Edge turns out not to be in prep, fine, I'll change their status back. As for The One, I'm not sure how to label it. After being in site prep, I suppose it's back to being a regular proposal again? That's kind of odd too. It's too bad there isn't a status of "stalled site prep". Normally buildings go into construction after being in site prep...

Why is Etobicoke not allowed in the race ?

I'll try updating you guys on Edge every two weeks, I myself am not the greatest fan of walking over to the site, the threat of being ran over is what is SO great about Mississauga (sarcasm). As for the proposal itself, I have ALOT of doubts the project will be stalled if at all for long, hell I saw people on site and a single digger with other vans and such (idk my machines) on the day I made the update, so we'll see if this turns into "site prep" when I do go there.
