You know this building looks a bit like the demolished Singer Building.

I've never seen these renderings before, Arquitectonica & Murphy/Jahn's proposals for the site. Murphy/Jahn's design would have been sweet!

Yeah, I always liked the Murphy/Jahn proposal for South Ferry Tower. Too bad it never got built.

Frank Williams' design for South Ferry and the Murphy Jahn one for South Street Seaport. Win-Win.
