I have already seen several places close shop in Uptown because their leases came up for renewal and the renewal price went through the roof. Downtown's affordability is suddenly beginning to look pretty attractive again. Then again, with Perot's global exposure, who knows?

I'm the same here, I'm still not counting out AT&T, but their offices in those separate older buildings are outdated and cost to redo is expensive, so if its not Perot it will be somewhere else.
