This is going to be transformative and such a huge public asset the city center. Awesome that they got the "Modern day Henry Olmstead" to create such a functional city asset. Adn if it looks half as good as the renderings it will be a huge hit.

Hey guys, I represent a group looking to invest in Downtown Cleveland. I have been very impressed with what I have learned about your growing downtown so far!

I was wondering if the 1st page projects are up to date? If not, would someone mind giving me a quick rundown of planned, proposed, and under construction office buildings downtown?

Thanks guys! I would love to guide this group to put some money into this booming neighborhood!

I don't know if you have time to do this in the future but in addition to the first page, can you copy and post update posts at the end of the thread too? Cause I never have time to search that front page for the couple new photos often times not knowing what i'm looking for.
If possible, thanks!

One more question. About the end results of the : HealthLine/Euclid Corridor Project
Location: Downtown, University Circle, East Cleveland
Implementation of Bus Rapid Transit line on Euclid Avenue, including building face to building face redevelopment of streetscapes, new stations in median, traffic control systems. $170 Million project

Is there overwhelming consensus that it was a success and perhaps a great value too? Or are there some people validly saying that is it underutilized and underdelivered?
I honestly don't know and am very curious.

I hope it worked well and is a wonderful long term asset.

^Stellar update, MayDay, thank you! I love seeing older buildings like the Schofield finding new purpose. It's also nice to see the public plaza coming to fruition.

Wow, Cleveland has some great old building stock. That square is going to be amazing, hopefully it spurs some development of those surface lots to the west, if it hasn't already.

The Hilton looks good! Thank you for the updates.

Kimpton's The Schofield Hotel:
A look at the interior of The Schofield Hotel. Kimpton is also building one of these boutique hotels with apartments in Winston-Salem, so I do occasionally see the Schofield, when looking for updates. Kimpton's adaptive reuse projects are amazing. I enjoy following both buildings.

Look at the view!

Added the resurrected proposal for an apartment tower atop 515 Euclid - this is the glassy parking garage constructed in 2005.

No official renderings yet but they've produced a massing model - looks to be about 20 additional stories:

One less open air parking lot downtown! Glad to see we're slowly putting buildings on those parking lots, makes the city so much more vibrant.

A potentially huge new development for University Circle - from cleveland.com

University Circle proposal could add 700-plus apartments near Chester and East 107th

A team of local developers hopes to build more than 700 apartments and nearly 1,700 parking spaces on the northwestern rim of University Circle, in a project that could remake one entrance to the city's educational, medical and arts district.

Details about that project, called University Circle City Center or UC3, started trickling out Wednesday evening during a community meeting at the Cleveland Public Library's Martin Luther King Jr. branch on Stokes Boulevard. The 1970s library sits in the middle of what could be a 5-plus-acre development site, lining both sides of Stokes and spanning properties north and south of Chester Avenue.

Such an investment would bring hundreds of new households to the city's second-largest employment hub, where builders see near-unceasing rental demand from medical residents, young workers and aging Baby Boomers seeking culture and convenience. The project also would flip a prime curve along Chester from low-slung public buildings to private uses, with neighborhood-focused retail on the lower floors and apartments upstairs.

More at: http://www.cleveland.com/business/in...l#incart_river

This is just the massing model, not an official rendering:
