News?

Anyone know what happened with this project? It seems like it completely fell off the radar.

weston has said that he'll start on both the manhattan and the cosmopolitan (a similarly-sized tower in the lloyd dist) when the real estate market has hit bottom. don't hold your breath.

The developer, Weston, put it on hold in favor of the very similar Cosmopolitan Tower in the Lloyd District. However, development of the Cosmo. is contingent upon improvement in the housing market. Thus, my guess is that the Cosmo. is 2-3 years away while the Manhattan Tower is 3-4. Hope this is helpful.
