Rendering of One Cardinal Way with 300 South Broadway. Both will make a significant impact. These are by HDA

Since the Tower Crane went on site, this building is going up fairly quickly.

Thanks for sharing my photo Urbannizer! That is the Loews Hotel on the opposite end of the site. I should make it more clear next time as this thread is having some overlap with the office building and residential tower. Anyway, here are photos of the residential tower today from St. Louis' newest hotel, Hotel Saint Louis. Current status is that the tower is on Floor 4 of 29.

Apartment building appears to be hitting its double height floor (back left) to finish off the parking podium. Things should start to rise more quickly after this.

Progress on One Cardinal Way. Construction elevator going up on the North side of the building and the final podium floor is currently being formed.

The One Cardinal Way Crane was jumped up today. It now perfectly fits into the corner of Greensfelder in these construction camera shots. I think two or three pieces were added to the crane...

So great to see this finally taking shape. Will really make the stadium feel more like part of downtown.

Progress on Phase II of Ballpark Village. I think there's about 10 floors to go on the residential tower.

All photos by Kelly Thomas.

Crane jumping again today 9/22/19.

This looks to be on floor 24 of 29. The left portion of the image will top off with the 25th floor (1 more floor pour and then the roof pour) and the right portion will continue up to the top of the tower and the crown. The crane will have to go up another few sections again before completion.
