To answer your question, Jack. No... It could at least have had retail on the Flores side. But no there is no retail.

But Frost looks so cute from the HEB.

They're installing some more of those glass panels today on the garage facing Houston st.

I have been following the San Antonio Skyscraper forums for over a year and finally signed up. I used to work in the old Frost building across the street on their elevators and loved watching this building go up.

I am curious to see how the garage panels look in the end. I hope there are more phases to that siding!!

Also, I was wondering. Is the LED lighting on the corners of the tower going to be fully lit all the way up and around the spikes? Or only below like we see in the live cam and photos sometimes. I am hoping fully up the tower.

LED lights will be going all the way up. It's also shown in the rendering on their homepage.

It looks like more has in fact been added to the garage glass panels. It's not more glass, but it looks like wavy lines. So, all in all, it does add more to the look of the garage.
