Random thought as well, and maybe I'm wrong, but it feels like Wells has been getting the most developments this cycle when you consider all the projects stretching from North to South on it.

In reference to Old Park Town 1, I noticed they never did anything with a large slab of exposed concrete on the tower. Was that intentional? I didn't remember seeing an original rendering for the tower after the programming for the site changed, so I guess it must be, but it looks awful IMO

Have there been any renderings publicized for the 15-story ("no 13th story") residential building at the SE corner of Wabash Avenue and 14th Street? Here's its latest permit from yesterday. I searched this forum, Pappageorge Haymes, and Curbed, and I can't find anything.

I snagged a render that somebody else had snagged from Curbed

It's been posted at least twice, but I don't have the link to it off hand. Nothing amazing, but also not terrible. It'll be a nice boost to urbanity and density in that area.
^^ Thank you for the updated link - mia culpa for not crediting you on the shot.
