Shorenstein Properties of San Francisco is planning an apartment project in Denver. The project at 1709 Chestnut Street is proposed to contain a total of 510 units in 12 and 24 story buildings. The project will also include approximately 16,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Parking would be located on three below grade and two above grade levels. The height of the tallest building would be 265 feet. The project architect is Shears Adkins + Rockmore of Denver. Construction is proposed to begin in late 2015, with completion in early 2018.
