So this is getting built after all? After years of this being in limbo I'll believe it when I see cranes on site. Until then I'm not holding my breath that it wont get held up or outright canceled.

Lots of competition in the immediate area. This map gives us an idea of the 3 big players and their proposals within such a small radius.

- ALLIED REIT (48 stories)
- CADILLAC FAIRVIEW (54 stories)
- OXFORD (2x 70 stories)

Allied REIT and Cadillac Fairview are being very aggressive with their proposals. It may suggest they have secured tenants (time will tell). There's no doubt that many companies are moving around in the core and many are seeking space. Should be an interesting year

45 Bay is just east of the ACC, which is in the bottom-right corner of cruzin's pic.

The site is earmarked for redevelopment but, the drawings released as part of the casino debate were never part of any real proposed plan. People are unwilling to delineate one from another.
