gorgeous photos. i am so jealous of san francisco. the people, the buildings, the density, the geography, everything. atlanta is getting there, but at a slow pace. beautiful photos in a beautiful city.

Fantastic. I'm telling you KC the only thing that is making me retain the possibility of posting my photos from my first ever trip to the bay city is that none of them are from the air.

I love these San Francisco photo threads. And this one is even more special because its from the air. Nice job.

Great Photos KC... My only gripe is that I wish you had taken more pictures of some of the Western side of SF. Particularly Golden Gate Park, The Presidio, Twin Peaks areas. Just knit-picking... very nice though

Great great! We might complain here about San Franciso's smugness but your pics prove that they have something to be smug about! There's lot of factors that go into making San Francisco so beautiful but it's her setting that is the main reason for why she is the way she is -the bay, the hills, the mountains..so try as others cities might without a truly gorgeous setting they will never be like San Francisco. And of course all that draws to it many unique people who appreciate it's many unique charms.

With all of the construction that has been occurring, it's amazing how quickly some of these views have changed!

This is my first time seeing these pics of my favorite city. Absolutely FANTASTIC! A friend of mine is making the move over there soon. Now I'm even more jealous.

That's the only distinguishable feature up there that I can see from the South Bay and that thought pops in my head every time I look north.

Yeah some western SF shots would have been sick but damn these were great. Shit KC you were there in Winter time you could have flown over Mavericks and seen if some monster waves were breaking.

How sick would that be KC aerials of Mavericks with 25 to 30 footers pumping in!!!! Well I guess that break rarely is huge but when it is LOOK OUT...

Well maybe next time KC

^^^That twin-spired building in the center is maybe my favorite in the city. The top floors are a Mandarin Oriental Hotel where you can get a room with a shower that has a glass wall that's actually a picture window looking out over the city. You can stand there neked knowing there's nobody up high enough to see you (unless a helo comes by).

GTFO! is that what makes up the clear connection between the upper floors of the building? amazing and ultra cool.

He must have taken these almost exactly a year ago, because it looks like they're flyng the Cal and Stanford flags, which they do the week leading up to the Big Game. Like say, this week!
