The 2nd shot in TCO's post shows the spire topped out. Its just missing the top beam.

To be honest, the original Comcast Center looks taller to me just because of the shorter roof line for CTC. It seems like progress on CTC is looking great, but it just baffles me on why they wouldn't at least make the roof height higher than the original Comcast Center? But then again, at least Philly is getting a new tallest building that will be the tallest outside of New York and Chicago for some time.

Any word yet on whether there might be an official topping out ceremony? There was a ceremony for the Comcast Center at which the CEO and mayor attended.

I don't see why there wouldn't be. I'm sure NBC 10 would like to make a big thing out of their new home being finished and Jim Kenney never lets a good grandstanding opportunity go to waste.
