The building is developed as a reflection of the local history – as a fossil – a testimony that one had once existed. Building has the same facade rhythm, the same volume as a building that had existed here before the Second World War. The proposal is to design a building considering historical building volumetric mass and creatively substitute historically used materials, thus creating a contemporary but at the same time not contracting with the historical environment solution. A new imprint in different material of the historical facade parts is proposed on the new facade.
