995? We've done it! We're finally in the supertall club! Oh, I wish 9-year old "I hope the ACC gets built" me could've seen this.

995' At last! Wooo! can we finally spike the ball!

You guys don't know me all that well but I've been waiting for Philly to get a 1000' building since 1986; in that year the some of the Construction workers were told that Liberty One would be 999'; sadly it wasn't.

Finally! Finally!

I'm hoping that change in cladding is just that it's not finished yet - would look super awkward if not. Not going to sweat it until it starts to look like it's finished.

Wait, so now the framework has surpassed the Comcast Center at 975 feet? That's some great news for Philly! It's only a matter of time till we get a new tallest in Wilmington.

................ ............. sorry , it just struck me funny .

2 1001-1011 Jefferson Street
1001-1011 Jefferson Street Sign.jpg 508 feet (155 m) 35 Mixed Use Approved 2018-2020 If built, this will become the new tallest building in Wilmington and Delaware

............. Certainly will be a stand-out if built . Good luck with that ........

In September 2015, Liberty Property Trust unveiled a proposal to build two towers, one 590 ft (180 m) tall[46] and another 450 ft (140 m) [47] as part a master plan on the waterfront designed by Robert A. M. Stern. Called Camden Towers it all include an 18-story building the waterfront.[48] Construction began in 2017.[49]

............... But sometimes , the best laid plans of mice and men , go astray ........ hope both projects ( if built ) will create a shitload of decent paying jobs ......... My first priority .

I think you meant to display the images. Also, I hope these projects get built to! I'm a little concerned though because nothing has seem to happen to these lots ever since 2015.

Do they do exterior steel work when it’s windy and pouring rain like this morning? Or are those just lost days that are baked into the project plan?

they wont use the crane when winds exceed a certain amount. So no lifting of steel likely means no steel work.

Yes... high winds (no pun intended) can be dangerous... look at Miami during Irma.

^^^^ Wow!

Also in 2055, Carl Dranoff Jr. promises SLS will break ground soon, just waiting for that final $10 in state funding.

The last $10 is promised once the Pa. lawmakers/breakers get around to balancing the budget.
