Hmmm. Is #43 the gazebo in Centennial Park that has all the flags?

#37 - Turner Field?
#39 - High Museum? (Is that the top of The Peachtree building in Midtown?)

Been having trouble with our network all day which wasn't cooperating with loading the page to post. I knew both 9 & 10, but I see 9 was already answered correctly, so here's the other:

#10 is part of Capitol Gateway on Memorial Drive...it's the Senior Apartment Highrise at the back along I-20. Right?

Sorry, no.

#9, yes
#10, no. Similar colors but this building is much further south.
#36, yes
#37, no. This is a much newer demo than Turner Field
#39, no. It is located in Midtown though.

I'm gonna try my meager guesses at this....I love Atlanta, its architecture and its buidlings but this was a hard quiz!

#21) I think that's the visitor's center at the 12th street entrance of Piedmont Park in front of the lake.

#24) Looks like part of the GWCC

#27) Not quite sure but looks like one of the historic buildings in the aubrun/edgewood district maybe the odd fellows building....So I'll go with that building on Auburn Ave.

#43) Is that the gazebo in th active oval of Piedmont Park?

citywalker...great job!
#21, yes
#24 no, but I never noticed how much this building resembles GWCC from this angle. It not located in downtown or midtown.
#27, yes
#43, yes

Buck
#39 yes

That leaves only 3 photos...
#13 hint: located in a hotel
#24 hint: Paul Rudolph (famous for his 50's architectural style) designed a nearby chapel.
#37 hint: somewhere on Peachtree

I just finally checked this post out:

#13: Omni stairwell
#24: Woodruff Health Sciences at Emory? I've seen it, but I'm not positive where.
#37: vacant lot where One Museum Place was supposed to go

Great photo! Atlanta Water Works (Hemphill)?

The first 50 have now been answered!
In today's AJC online, they mention (with photos) that the falcons have moved from the Marriott Marquis to Suntrust Plaza. They used to nest on whatever that decorative ledge is on the north side of the Marquis.

The Castle on 15th Street has several fireplaces that have plaster seals from the southern states over each mantel.

Feel free to post other pictures to try to stump the panel of experts.
