I always think of this building as Sacramento's dark horse project; forgotten in the wake of the drama of its yet unbuilt neighbors. But it's moving rather surprisingly quickly. And I thought they were still on site prep

innov8, those concrete things look like giant sinks...

kinda hard to see whats going on in this, but hey the thing is underground and fenced off one of these days ill just go walk in the Wells fargo parking garage and hopefully the security guard dont say nuthin

Photos from Friday 7/20





I missed taking a photo on the 18th or was it the 19th when the 5th street side was flooded. By the next day the pumps caught up and they were dry again.
