"Une nouvelle tour s'ajoute au Complexe 1 à 4 Place Laval à l'intersection des Boulevard des Laurentides et St-Martin. Il y aura un total de 14 étages avec vue sur Laval et Montréal. Chaque étage aura une superficie de 22,000 pi ca. Une passerelle reliera cette tour au Complexe Place Laval. Cet édifice est construit sur ce qui était une partie du stationnement du complexe donc, on a planifié d'y aménager un stationnement intérieur de 2 étages."

looks like a relic from the early 1990s. But better than others in Laval (e.g., the wretched clock tower).

Probably kept here, it isn't substantial enough of a project to be moved there.

Not a particularly nice looking building, but a dramatic improvement to what is currently a pretty bleak slice of urbanity.

I used to eat at subway face to that new building when I worked in Chomedey in 2010. It will be a nice improvement. Not my architecture's taste but better than before.

The satellite view looks very recent. It seems that we can see it U-C.
