Whats on top/mechanicals/ noise and vibration

Say i'm looking into the One 57 penthouse. What kind of machinery is sitting on the floor above me. What kind of noise/vibration is going to be generated up there. At 100 million, could someone be unpleasently surprised??

Given the price of the apartments, the architects and engineers would very likely put in measures to isolate NVH from the machinery in the mechanical rooms above from the penthouse space below.

As for the machinery at the top - it depends, I guess. There will definitely be cooling towers on the rooftop levels. Water pumps for the chilled water system are likely to be near the top level as well. And there will also be an elevator machine room.
