I'm assuming they are pretty much finished with the tunnel portion of it. One other phase involves expanding Palm Park and using Palm School as a community area, whatever that means. I know some of you would love to see that building demolished. And one of you to see the name changed to 'Death To All Palm Trees, Park'.
