This building is friggin' awesome. Love it. Can't wait to hang out upstairs at the Four Seasons.
I wish I could be as enthusiastic as you are. I have mixed feelings about this structure, from an aesthetic point of view. It's designed by Foster, a first rate architect to be sure, but I don't think anyone would call it great or outstanding.

I would, but I would probably wait until the spire is up to make any further decisions on it's architectural integrity.
I got you guys covered with some CTC action today in the early afternoon. I happen to be around when they were rigging the 2nd HVAC unit. I took all these photos. If you see can see the details in the photos, or better yet in person. You'll see this building is extraordinary in details. Very high end fit and finished. I really appreciate more than previous photos. Hopefully, my photos convey this detail. Enjoy.
I talked to a guy on site today who said that the building currently stands at 1,035 feet. That only puts it 11 feet short of the Chrysler Building.
What's more interesting is that I was telling him how excited I was that there's a thousand footer in Philly now. He told me that "there are more coming." I don't know if that's alluding to Comcast III, Amazon, or what, but he did mention Verizon looking for space expansion in Philly.

It continues to amaze me that people make ridiculous statements like this, how arrogant are you that you believe you can credibly speak for me or anyone else for that matter?
This structure is great and outstanding. Do some people including you disagree? Sure. Does that mean we all must?
Nice pics. However, this building doesn't look 1,035 ft tall yet. It looks like it's still at 995 ft because the spire hasn't really been worked on yet.
Any hints of what the lighting scheme may be? Really hoping the east side is lit in some way, since most of the lantern lighting won't be too visible from that side.
Also hoping the lantern isn't always static, and light can shoot up and down the whole west side.
