^ Those two terraces at the bottom (middle and left) of that last shot are pretty amazing. I would not get mad if someone gave me one of those two pads.

The building on the left is part of Tudor City and was used as Norman Osborne/Green Goblin’s penthouse in the original Spider-Man trilogy. It’s a gorgeous apartment with a gorgeous terrace, I’d take it in a heartbeat as well.

And yeah, didn’t realize before but the logo does look sort of like a more modern interpretation of the Sears Tower. I think they did a nice job as well of giving an idea of the look of One Vanderbilt without using a full-fledged rendering.

This is turning out great. The design is really growing on me for the location and the progress is going so fast as compared to some of the other towers in this stage. The facade/terracotta/glass on the base looks awesome.
