There are plans in the future of lenthening Runway 13-31 from 7901' to 9100'. (To the northwest.) Runway 13 will have a displaced threshold [where it is now anyway] in order for aircraft to appropriately clear the CP mainline. (If the track were to be occupied.)
I remember back in '78, there was a [revived?] proposal for a parallel Runway 13-31 which would have been about 10,000' long. Harbour Landing has now certainly kiboshed that idea.
