Seems unlikely anyone is moving in before closing on their purchase. The other alternative is that they are leasing units, but that seems a little unlikely at this point.

How long does it usually take for a deed to appear online?
It can't be leases without the condo being sold to someone first anyway.

They seem to appear online almost immediately; within day, at least in my (admittedly limited) experience.

I can’t think of a reason the current owner could not lease units out. I’m not saying I believe that is happening, but it could.

I appears that reports of move-ins were... premature...
Here's Vesper construction update from yesterday:
