CALGARY | Outlook | ?F/?M | 16 FLOORS

Also know as 'Outlook at Waterfront'. A 16 floor tower with 175 units, it's the third tower of a four tower development know collectively as 'Waterfront'. The underground parking portion is already completed and is to be shared by all three towers.

Architect is Rafii Architects Inc. Construction is expected to start in September.

There seems to be a lot of construction starts in September. I guess they are starting with the shortest tower first.

LOL! I actually thought this was a similar project going up in the same vicinity. Thanks for the clarification.

Update on this one. A crane is being installed and word is, it is about to start construction. Already at grade, so probably will be moved to the construction section soon.

There were also a couple construction trailers a bit to the north of this shot, so looks like this one is just about to ready to start.

Now I see where the crane pieces were going to. I saw these going through the downtown but could not for the life of me think which site was ready for a crane. Great update Surrealplaces, thanks!

So is there going to be a fourth tower for waterfront? Is the parking/foundation already completed for that one?

There is a fourth tower, but the foundation isn't done yet. It's on the piece of land to the east of the three towers.

Apologize for the poor quality but I'll have a good perspective watching this one go up

Thanks for posting as your view is great. You should also have a good view of City Centre I as well.

This one should be moved to the construction thread as they are already starting at grade. The underground portion was done when they built the last tower.
