What an amazing amount of projects for Winnipeg. Not all great but most of them are pretty dang nice.

I am amazed at Winnipeg, really in the middle of no where, but a thriving metropolis. It is just uber cool...I could live there but the winter I know is just too brutal...

I remain consistently impressed with Winnipeg, the large amount of high density infill that is proposed all looks fantastic and of a very high quality. A lot of them carry very Nordic-looking designs too, which is a nice touch. I hope all of this development will help pave the way for taller stuff in the future.

The Sherbrook side of the building features an elm forest mural and fabric formed concrete sculptural pillars.








The Elgin Avenue side has been stepped to generate a residential scale façade that preserves access to sunlight to the houses on the north side.
