Can't register into the drawing-section to upload drawing

this is my first drawing of the 160 m. tall proposal residential Tower 2 in Frankfurt

Unfortunatly I'am not able to register in the drawing section. The System-feedback is always like this ...



I tried to change all of the requested task, but nothing was working. Any ideas?
