Meanwhile over in Colorado, the Austin Tower is adding vertical each day

3.5/10 low grade office park design, not Austin worthy
I agree that the raised parking garage could have been put completely underground but that would have cost more money. You know how companies are doing what they can to shave off as much of the cost as they can get away with but the tower design looks pretty nice IMO. The glass color is really nice and the top will light up. It may not be that tall, only a 400 footer, (10 years ago we would have been jumping up and down in excitement over a 400 footer), now that's all we seem to get but I'm not complaining. 400 footers do a great job filling in the skyline with density.
It certainly is not a low grade office park design. In Austin we don't have any office park towers over 12 floors, except for one 15 floor office building way up on the northwest edge of Austin. Most office park buildings in Austin are mostly in the 5 to 10 floor range due to zoning regulations.
I think it's a good thing for now because it keeps the tall towers built Downtown. Eventually we will have to develop highrise nodes in other areas of the city such as the Domain. I can see one for the I-35/290/71 interchange since there's already a grouping of buildings, with a 22 floor Omni and 2 others which are 10 floors.
