Finally, that pile of dirt from 2008 that was in my driveway has been removed. Wife will be pleased.

Probably the fact that Prince of Wales was widened to just the other side of his line of trees...

What gets me is that he has added some large trees somehow. Perhaps they came from the copse to the left (2009 image) that is now in the road and it was done by the contractor.

Anybody else notice that most of Scott St. between Pinhey and Athlone is a Google Streetview black hole?

I've seen a few black holes on street view. Kind of annoying. In other news, apparently Google maps will be revamped. Or so I've heard on the radio this mourning (Live 88.5 I believe).

Use the "Report A Problem" link. It might be a problem with the image file or they can take note of it for the next time they send their cameras to Ottawa.

I've reported a few errors and omissions over the years and they usually get fixed.

some pretty recent aerial imagery has been posted on Google Maps for inside the greenbelt. CPIII under construction, Rideau ripped up, Hunt Club interchange U/C etc. GeeGee's field looks good.

You also see a lot of the work completed on the Hull sector for the Rapibus, with the station shelters up right near the Casino as well as the loopy ramp at the end of the corridor at Montcalm and Hwy 50. Still bare along the tracks along Maloney and not even the tunnel work shown in the aerial (even though almost every thing between the Gatineau River to at least Paiement is completed

There is also April 2013 imagery for the south end of Ottawa... you can see Minto Mahgony and notice how massive Greely is getting, now crossing over to the east side of Bank Street

When I lived on Sandhamn Private, there had been 2 different time periods they captured my street (well, from Cahill) and in one, I think my wife's truck was in the driveway

August 2013 aerial imagery has just been posted for a good chunk of Ottawa (not including downtown which is April 2013). Tanger Outlets, Hunt Club interchange, S-A Bridge, Minto Arcadia, Queensway widening, Fernbank community, Monaghan Landing, Longfields community, Lansdowne, Carleton U parking garage, Les Souers, Bayshore, etc.

The development in Kanatittsville is the most striking change.

I saw some kind of streetview car the other day driving around near the Rideau Centre. I didn't notice a Google logo on it though... wonder if there are any other companies doing street surveillance :p

Is it possible that what I see at the west end of Walkley Yard are the new O-trains?https://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&ll...05284&t=k&z=18
