Although Groningen has just over 200,000 inhabitants, it really has that big city vibe. And it is one of few Dutch cities projected to grow in the coming decades.

The little girl, yes, I definitely know her, she's my baby girl Hannah.

Don't think that's true. All major Dutch cities are growing, some like crazy (Amsterdam, Utrecht). It's the peripheral areas like the south of Limburg that are projected to stagnate or shrink. Anyway, projections are pretty useless, there's no telling what will happen in "the coming decades".
