MONTREAL | Hotel Le St-Martin | 15 FLOORS

I know that the Sidev company owns the now defunct Ben's Deli and they plan to build a hotel....but it looks like they're moving fast!!!!

There is room for both Sidev and SITQ/HINES projrcts as this map indicates...just hope both start soon!!

This huge building was to be started in 2007! or 2008 the latest, and there is still nothing, it was to be Montreal s new skyscrapper since 1993!!!

Lets see if this ever sees the light again...

hum, CGI Tower ( 28 floors and bigger than 900) completed in 2003, 400 Sherbrooke Est, 37 floors 2008 ...

This project will probably never rise, it's poorly located, the demand for office is dead, and there are much better projects in town when demand will be there ( if it's ever there)

I meant way taller than the CGI, CGI is short compared to IBM Building and even Tour de la bourse.

Nontheless as well as the 701 University this project is dead, indeed, there is no demand for offices right now downtown.

there is though a new condo project called LE Square Victoria...we shall see...!

this project would probably be shorter than the CGI complex.
