Two questions:

1) Can anyone post photos of the charred remains of the structure?

2) Per CNN, CCTV announced that its employees lit off the fireworks that set the building ablaze without permission (that is if you trust the spokespeople of a authoritarian state-controlled media outlet). Who will be the "fall guy" for this, and how will this person be punished? Would capital punishment apply in this case?

no, not capital punishment. The fall guy is the CCTV boss, he's been very publicly sacked. Im sure he'll also be sued for damages from the family of the firefighter who died.
