Thank you for posting the pictures from the alternate view!

The screens I am seeing now do not allow me to control and move the timeline anymore.

Yea, something's been screwy with the page format. Zoom in on the page in your internet browser (I've had to zoom to 150%) and the controls will appear.

They've begun leveling the ground for the field. I've also noticed they're opening the roof again (which is a good 75% done), so with this 3 or 4 straight days of rain we're about to get, their efforts may be futile.

We're in the final stretch!

I sure am glad the logo isn't for "Quicken Loans Field" or something. Luckily MB has a timeless design with no words!

That photo from the street is so freaking cool. It's just like looming in the background. This building is going to become an icon of Atlanta.

Mitchell and Forsyth.

I think the stadium is actually another block down but this makes an amazing image.

By the way, can you imagine how great this area will look when the Newport project is completed?

Wow, no wonder the German investors brought up all that property in South Downtown and have plans to upgrade the area. Surely that Mercedes emblem seal the deal.

Wow! It's so beautiful!!! Who will be on inaugural? When they will start football season?

It's time to install grass, poles, and a few others, as well.

I can't wait for August 26th. I never go to preseason games, so my mom will get the first pair of tix to that game (the 26th - preseason game 3) but on the 31st, I will be there. I plan to not even watch football and just tour the stadium.

Cannot wait for the 17th of Sept at 8:30 pm!

This will have field turf instead of grass. It appears that they need to finish the use of one large crane for the petals before they can install the field.

I can't wait for Sept 10th for the first Atlanta United home game. We have season tickets. Bobby Dodd was fun but, it's a big challenge with kids who want to be fed and use the restrooms.

They really need to get cranking on that roof, it's still an ugly mish mash of unfinished panels. July is going to get eaten up fast and then it's go time in August, won't be any excuses accepted for a 4th pushback. All those contractors involved and it's still struggling to keep up. I am starting to think the roof design was completely wrong and overblown for the minor task it faces, keeping weather out. It's sheer pomposity caused the rest of the stadium to suffer and drag out. If this stadium sticks around longer than the GA Dome, we'll see a re-design/re-fit of something better down the road, these monstrosities will be scuttled.
