Take a look at the original plan of the tower from L73 upwards.
There are 3 mechanical levels. Below the mechanical levels, all of the floors below are 3.2m each in height. Then, Levels 73,74 and 75 should be 5.5m in height, followed by 2 levels at 4.2m each, (one residential and one office sky lobby) then reverting back to 3.2m per level for every other level, barr the next set of mechanical floors, up to the 137th floor, where the upper observation floors, skydeck and special private floors go up to 6m in height respectively!
Now take a look at this picture.........
Instead, the residential and office sky lobbies are bigger......I've measured them the same size as some of the lower 4.6m levels. Above that, continuing climbing up tower the standard height floors have jumped from 3.2m in height to 4.2m in height.
When the last height increase was announced, we were told that the changes were only from the 146th floor up and in the upper steel section of the spire, which took the 705m design to a less tapered 808m design.
It looks as though the 3.2m floors have been replaced with 4.2m ones for all floors from L75 to L162.
Sixteen of these floors between L75 and L162 are 5.5m and 6m in height.
If all of the other larger floors are kept to the same originally planned heights and no other floors are added, the 808m tower will have already grown to 883.6m tall.
