2017 Delivery Date, according to Central Houston. This means construction should begin sometime this year or early next year if correct.

The question is how lead is lead. All you need is a law firm or a start-up oil company willing to knock down 100k sf, and Houston seems to have no shortage of those.

Maybe the Texas Enterprise Fund can help with that?

This was the design for the 50-story proposal though I have counted 35-floors.

...and the three bears will complain it's too short and a wasted opportunity for a 50-story tower.

Should I ask Goldilocks, before the three bears eat her, which is the final design and the number of floors?
