This thread is for the developments in Phoenix East and Phoenix Arcadia Neighborhoods.

Camelback & 26th Street Apartments
36th St and Campbell
32nd and Glenrosa

36th and Cambell is going to be called Avalon. But does this area really need its own thread? What is wrong with having it be part of the Phoenix thread? I know we have discussed that project in particular there.

I am ok with separating the valley's cities up, but to start compartmentalizing PHX seems a bit overboard.

Agreed. There's not enough development going on for us to split it up like this.
