Definitely not a "top Down" construction project like their CC Marriott.

AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION & AC HOTEL
AUSTIN, TEXAS | OPENS SPRING 2019

Austin is known the world over for its signature culture and style. In that spirit, White Lodging looks forward to unveiling the brand new Autograph Collection and AC: dual-branded luxury hotels that capture the spirit of the city.

As a member of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the new hotel will encourage guests to roam from the beaten path for an experience that is boldly independent and wholly luxurious. Highlights include a 4,000 square-foot rooftop deck — complete with outdoor pool, bar and terrace — that will deliver spectacular views of the University of Texas campus.

AC will also add to the University of Texas area by providing a premium hotel experience that the community craves. It will serve business and leisure travelers alike with a lobby-level bar and lounge, multi-function space with light dining and coffee, and a media salon that provides space for impromptu meetings.

The hotels will provide a combined 352 rooms, 7,500 square feet of meeting space, and a full-service restaurant with outdoor seating and casual walk-up options.

The Autograph Collection hotel is called The Otis. There are some renderings and a story from the ABJ.

From the article:

Quote:
Called The Otis Hotel, the boutique brand is White Lodging’s first crack at an independent brand in Austin where it has the freedom to make decisions in design and layout that aren’t formed by the guidelines of Marriott. The 191-room luxury hotel will have a rooftop pool bar with views of the university and the Austin skyline that’s only accessible to hotel guests.

The interior designer Flick Mars has some more interior renderings of The Otis. The rooms look nice, but that's not the view you would have.

That's a funny shot from Flick Mars -- it's a view from a guest room at the Hilton.

Wait...Is Flick Mars also designing the interior of White Lodging's new downtown Marriott? That's the view one would get from that development - facing west.

Maybe it was mislabeled on his site?!?
