Thanks, there are still a few late 1800's and early 1900's buildings around in the west side of downtown and in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. The building that is pictured is the old red courthouse, built in 1892 and is definitely the most elaborate of the bunch. Though, nothing like the northeast, the walkability of Dallas is definitely improving in downtown, uptown and a few other areas.

The building is from 1892, the clock tower on the building is less than 10 years old. Old Red had foundation issues back in the 30's and the original clock tower was torn down.
The Catholic church on Ross Street also had it's bell tower recently re-erected.
I don't know why I'm saying this... I just am.
