You are incorrect, however, about this one not being built to the sidewalk. It is actually squeezed into a plot directly adjacent to a hotel that is about 40 feet wide. The building goes directly up to the street on the front (East-facing) side. The corner of the block is a different plot of land owned by the downtown partnership which has been turned into a public plaza.
