A new development on West 5th St between Stonechurch and Rymal (in the Mewburn neighbourhood, and bounded by a Mandarin/ Fortinos/ former Target) broke ground this fall, with new streets already taking shape.
Interestingly (for this far South on the mountain), it will be all townhouses, no detached homes. See page 3/4 from the Planning Application:
